Work Experience
Exhibitions Intern | Unit London | Summer 2019
This past summer I worked with the small team running Unit gallery in Mayfair. My responsibilities included, media, marketing and press releases. Gallery admin such as managing emails, and correspondence. Ensuring that databases and online platforms were always up to date with relevant information. Support for exhibitions and events. Assisting the operations and logistics team with gallery and exhibition projects where necessary. Extending the client database, liaising with visitors, contractors and representing the brand at all times. Handling, wrapping and installing artwork at an exemplary level at all times.
I was also given the opportunity to manage certain elements of the website. I created and wrote artist extracts, exhibition and article reviews for the blog and upcoming announcements for the gallery.
